    My wife and I have been fans of the Trattoria Timone for the past 23 years and we can always count on the great service and the fantastic food. We have found that if you make a reservation far enough in advance and pick your favorite table, the experience is garanteed to be a pleasing event. It seems it is most always the complainers or those who wait until the last minute to make a reservation or have no reservation that frequent these sites to moan and groan. Don't bi-pass this restaraunt based on some of the reviews since it is top drawer. A loyal customer.

    Description chef owner, Michel Fronteddu, oakvilles top restaurant, and best chef for many years, serving very creative, fresh dishes with enough variety to please everyone, homemade pastas, stone oven pizzas, homemade gelato, homemade fresh bread, fresh fish daily and the best quality cuts of meat, including bison tenderloin, ontario lamb rack, organic free range chicken, black angus steaks.
